1.Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Kalpraj Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. and govern your access to and use of the website at https://emails-checker.net, the application at app.emails-checker.net, and all email verification tools, APIs, and related features we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.
2.Who we are
The Services are operated by Kalpraj Solutions (OPC) Private Limited., a company registered in India (CIN: U74999PN20190PC188337, PAN: AAHCK9200G, GSTIN: 27AAHCK9200G1ZL), with its registered office at GAT NO. 183, TRUSHNIT PARK, NANEKARWADI, CHAKAN, KHED, Pune, Maharashtra, 410501, INDIA. We refer to ourselves as “Emails Checker”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms.
3.Definitions
| Credit | A prepaid unit entitling you to verify one email address through the Services. How checks consume credits is described in the application dashboard. |

| Verification Result | The classification (for example, valid, invalid, risky, disposable, catch-all, or unknown) that the Services assign to an email address. |
| Plan | A subscription that renews automatically and includes a recurring allocation of Credits together with access to paid features such as the API. |
4.Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent free-tier limits. We may merge, suspend or terminate accounts that do.
5.The Services
Emails Checker verifies whether email addresses are deliverable. Depending on your plan, the Services include bulk list verification, a real-time verification API, single-address checking, and free utilities such as disposable-email detection, blacklist monitoring, catch-all testing, duplicate removal, and permutation generation.
We continue to improve the Services. We may add, modify or remove features, provided we do not materially reduce the core verification functionality of a paid Plan during an active billing period.
6.Credits, plans and billing
6.1 Credits
Credits are consumed when you submit addresses for verification, including addresses in uploaded files and API calls, whether or not a definitive result can be returned. Credits purchased outright do not expire while your account remains active. Complimentary or promotional credits may carry shorter expiry periods, which we will state where applicable.
6.2 Plans and renewal
Paid Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
6.3 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes. As we operate from Maharashtra, India, orders are subject to Indian GST as applicable, including Integrated GST on exports of services. You are responsible for any other taxes or duties arising in your jurisdiction.
6.4 Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Deliverability Guarantee & Credit Refund Policy, where required by applicable law, or where we decide, at our reasonable discretion, that a refund is fair. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
6.5 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. We may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled. Persistent non-payment may result in termination under Section 15.
7.Free tools
We offer certain tools free of charge, with usage limits that we set and may change. Free tools are provided for legitimate testing and hygiene purposes. Automated scraping, scripted abuse, or attempts to bypass limits of the free tools are prohibited and may result in blocking or termination.
8.Your contact lists and consent
You own your Contact Lists. We claim no ownership over the data you submit. We process Contact Lists solely to provide the Services, and we never sell, rent, share or reuse them for marketing. Our handling of personal data, including retention periods, is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload, and you warrant that:
- every address on your list was collected with the data subject's consent or another lawful basis recognised in the relevant jurisdiction;
- your list is not purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or generated without consent;
- you will honour data-subject rights (access, deletion, opt-out) relating to your lists; and
- your use of Verification Results will comply with anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may reject or refuse to process lists that, in our reasonable judgement, violate this Section.
9.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services to send, facilitate or promote unsolicited bulk email (spam);
- verify addresses obtained unlawfully or without a proper lawful basis;
- resell, sublicense or provide Services access to third parties without our prior written agreement;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, circumvent rate limits, quotas or authentication, or interfere with other customers' use;
- reverse engineer the Services except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- use the Services in violation of export controls, sanctions, or any applicable law or regulation; or
- misrepresent Verification Results or use them to harass, defraud or harm any person.
We may set reasonable technical limits (request rates, file sizes, concurrent connections) to protect service quality, documented on our pricing or API pages.
10.API access
API access requires an API key issued to your account. Keys are personal to you: keep them confidential and do not publish them in client-side code or public repositories. We may throttle, quota or revoke keys that endanger stability or breach these Terms. API endpoints, response schemas and error codes are documented at docs.emails-checker.net and may evolve; material breaking changes will be announced with reasonable notice where practicable.
11.Intellectual property
The Services, including software, algorithms, brand names, logos, design and content, are owned by Kalpraj Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your account. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Feedback you send us about the Services may be used freely to improve our products without obligation or attribution to you.
12.Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT VERIFICATION RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY MAIL SERVERS WILL BEHAVE CONSISTENTLY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us under the account concerned during that period. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalpraj Solutions (OPC) Private Limited., its directors, officers and employees from claims, damages, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from (a) your Contact Lists or the way you collected them, (b) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
15.Suspension and termination
- By you: you may stop using the Services and close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use or consent rules), fail to pay amounts due, or create legal risk for us or other customers. Where practicable, we will give notice and a chance to remedy first; immediate suspension applies to serious abuses such as spam facilitation or attacks on our infrastructure.
- Effect: when your account is terminated, your right to use the Services ends. Unused purchased credits are forfeited where termination follows your material breach. Sections 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.
16.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and, where applicable, consumer-protection protections mandatory in your country of residence. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Before filing formal proceedings, we ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services change. Material changes will be notified by email or through the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you disagree, you may cancel before the effective date.
